For agencies

Fill the visit before
the pharmacy calls back.

Referrals accepted inside the window, open visits staffed by the nurse who asked first, and every step timestamped. The office reads the same board the nurses do.

Staffing speed, and a record of it.

20 minutes

The window sits on the referral

A referral arrives by email or phone and gets a clock. Whoever is on intake sees it count down and accepts inside the pharmacy's window.

Open visits

Posted once, seen by everyone in range

Every licensed nurse within range sees the visit by distance and urgency. No group text, no calling down a list.

First to ask

Who asked, and when, on the record

Requests arrive with timestamps. Scheduling assigns the one that makes sense and the others are told. Nothing is remembered wrong later.

Pre-visit

Two ticks you can see from the desk

Called the patient. Meds and supplies are in the home. Each tick is on the visit and flagged on Today, so nobody drives to a house that is not ready.

Approvals

Decide on the phone, change in AlayaCare

Admins read Today, a visit, and its pre-visit check, and approve or deny requests from the phone. Scheduling itself stays in AlayaCare on a computer.

Access

Deactivation that takes effect now

Turn a nurse off and their messaging, photos and education stop on the phone immediately. Not at next sign-in. Now.

Straight answers

Does Judi replace AlayaCare?
No. AlayaCare stays the system of record for clinical and scheduling data. Judi orchestrates around it and never edits a schedule or a chart.
What data do you need from us?
Only what Judi holds that AlayaCare does not: users and roles, nurse profiles, messages and photos, referral records, education completions, push tokens, the audit log. Nothing clinical is duplicated.
Who sees the pharmacy's name?
The office, always. A nurse sees it only once the visit is theirs. Open visits show the drug, the town and the urgency, not the source.
Is it HIPAA-compliant?
Judi is built HIPAA-scoped: encrypted, audited on every read, no patient information in notifications, AWS BAA hosting for production. The security page says exactly where things stand, including what is not finished.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on agency size. A walkthrough ends with a number for yours, not a sales sequence.
How do we start?
A pilot starts with your nurses, your referral sources and your demo week. Ask for a walkthrough and we will give you a realistic timeline for your agency.
