Judi is a workforce tool for home infusion nursing agencies. It is built to hold as little as possible, and to show each person only what their role needs.

What Judi stores

Judi stores user accounts and roles, nurse profiles, in-app messages and IV-site photos, referral records, education completions, push tokens, and an audit log. Clinical and scheduling records remain in the agency's system of record (AlayaCare); Judi does not duplicate them beyond what a screen needs to render.

Protected health information

Where Judi handles protected health information on behalf of an agency, it does so as a business associate under a signed agreement with that agency. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every read of a photo or message is logged, and push notifications never contain patient information.

Location

Location is optional and foreground-only. When a nurse turns it on, it is used to measure distance to open visits while the app is in use. Judi keeps no location history.

Photos

IV-site photos are taken inside the app and attached to the visit. They are never written to the device's camera roll or to iCloud, and they are not shared outside the agency.

Demo and preview builds

Preview builds of Judi run on fictional patients, nurses and pharmacies and send nothing off the device. They are marked with an amber band at the top of every screen.
