For pharmacies

Your referral, accepted
inside your window.

Send the referral the way you do today, by email or phone. The agency's clock starts when it lands, and you hear back before it runs out.

What changes for you. Nothing you have to do.

No portal

Email or phone, as you do now

Judi lives at the agency. You keep your process; the agency's intake desk gets a case the moment your referral arrives.

20 minutes

A clock on every referral

Your window is on the case from the first minute. Intake sees it count down and accepts inside it, or tells you why not.

Staffed

The nearest licensed nurse asks first

Once the case clears, every nurse in range sees it by distance and urgency. The agency assigns and you get one answer, not a chase.

Supplies

Someone checked the home before driving

Before each visit the nurse confirms the patient was called and the meds and supplies are in the home. If your shipment is missing, the agency knows early.

Your name

Known to the office, not the whole roster

Nurses see the drug, the town and the urgency on an open visit. Your pharmacy's name appears only to the nurse who is assigned.

On record

Every step timestamped

Arrival, acceptance, assignment, pre-visit check, completion. When a question comes up later, there is a time next to each answer.

Straight answers

Do we need to change anything?
No. Refer the way you do today. Judi is the agency's tool; your side of the hand-off stays the same.
Does Judi hold our patient data?
Judi holds the referral record the agency needs to accept and staff the case. The clinical chart stays in the agency's system of record, and no address is ever sent to a third-party API.
Who do we call with a question?
The agency, same as now. Judi gives them the record to answer you quickly: who accepted, who was assigned, when the visit was checked and completed.
Can we see the agency's board?
Not today. The board is for the agency's office and nurses. If pharmacy visibility would help your referrals, tell the agency; it is the kind of thing we build with them.

Refer with confidence that someone will be there.
